Any contributions made here are voluntary gifts, given without return service and without refund rights. 

They do not support my personal projects, but rather enable initiators to present their ideas 

and receive sponsorship. 

This is not a commercial service or sale, but a free, hobby-based and community-oriented form of support.

1. Platform Description
wikey®IMS is a digital platform that makes community projects, ideas, and initiatives visible and enables their funding through contributions from the community. The platform acts as an interface between local roots and global resonance. Users can present, support, and document projects. wikey®IMS is not a credit institution or a bank, but a technical and organizational infrastructure for the presentation and facilitation of community-based funding processes.

2. Purpose and Objectives
The platform aims to promote cultural, social, creative, and innovative projects. It is designed to foster transparency, participation, and collective action. wikey®IMS is a resonance space for ideas, not a traditional financial product. Contributions from users are voluntary support payments and not deposits in the banking sense.

3. Legal Classification
- wikey®IMS is not a bank and does not accept deposits.
- No loans are granted and no financial instruments within the meaning of the Securities Supervision Act (WAG) or the Capital Market Act (KMG) are offered.
- The platform merely provides technical infrastructure through which support contributions between users can be facilitated.
- Income and expenses are documented transparently; there is no guarantee or obligation for repayment of contributions.

4. User Rights and Obligations
- Users agree to provide truthful information and not to use the platform for unlawful purposes.
- Support contributions and donations are voluntary and carry no entitlement to repayment or profit participation, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
- All donations are non-refundable.
- Project initiators are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their information.
- wikey®IMS assumes no liability for project outcomes, but only for the technical provision of the platform.

5. Liability Disclaimer
The operators of wikey®IMS are not liable for losses arising from projects or support contributions. The platform is a resonance space for ideas and collective action, not a financial service provider in the traditional sense.

6. Changes
The operator reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be announced on the platforms.

Privacy Policy for wikey®IMS (wikey.cc / spread.site)

1. Controller
The project wikey®IMS is operated by a private individual on a voluntary, non-commercial basis. It is not intended as a commercial service.

2. Data Collected
Only data necessary for the technical operation of the platforms is processed (e.g., server logs, cookies, voluntary user submissions, donation records).

3. Purpose of Processing
Data is used solely to provide and improve the platforms. Donation data is processed exclusively for administrative and accounting purposes. No data is shared with third parties unless legally required.

4. Donations
Any donations or support contributions made to the project are entirely voluntary. They do not constitute deposits, purchases, or contractual obligations. All donations are non-refundable. Donor data is handled with confidentiality and stored only as long as necessary for accounting and compliance purposes.

5. Legal Basis
Processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing a functional platform) and, in the case of donations, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation for accounting and record-keeping).

6. Storage Duration

Users have the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict the processing of their personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
