wikey.cc (and its sister platform spread.site) is an Intermedial Messaging Service (IMS) — a communication and media platform. People publish spreads (multimedia messages), share ideas, offers and requests, print QR codes and flyers and playfully collect EVE — a purely in-platform, joyful “digital energy”.
The wikey®IMS project is operated by a private individual on a voluntary, non-commercial basis. No income is generated; use is free of charge and voluntary.
wikey.cc is not a financial service
wikey.cc is explicitly not a financial institution, payment service, exchange, crypto trading venue or provider of financial services. It is an Intermedial Messaging Service — a pure communication, media and hosting service. wikey.cc is therefore not supervised by the Financial Market Authority (FMA) and requires no licence under the BWG, ZaDiG, E-Money Act, WAG or comparable rules.
What is EVE, really?
EVE (poetically: “energy / digital energy”) are pure reward and loyalty points inside the platform — comparable to collectible points, bonus points or gamified “likes”. EVE express activity, resonance and contribution within the community.
- EVE are not legal tender and not money.
- EVE are not electronic money within the meaning of e-money law.
- EVE are not a financial instrument, security, capital investment or investment.
- EVE are not a crypto-asset or cryptocurrency — they exist only as a number in our database, not on a blockchain.
- EVE have no monetary value, are not redeemable for real money, are not refundable and grant no claim to any payout.
- There is no interest, yield, promise of profit or expectation of an increase in value.
Terms such as “energy”, “smart contract” or “wallet” are used on wikey.cc purely metaphorically and playfully. They describe gamification mechanics, not any financial, monetary or technical blockchain function.
The marketplace
The wikey.cc marketplace is a classifieds board for offers and requests between users (C2C). wikey.cc acts solely as a technical intermediary and host provider, not as a contracting party. Contracts are concluded exclusively between users. wikey.cc processes no real-money payments, is not an escrow agent and gives no warranty for listings, creditworthiness or fulfilment.
Our mission
We believe every idea deserves resonance. wikey.cc connects the physical and digital worlds: a sticker, flyer or NFC chip becomes a window into your message. EVE makes visible what otherwise stays invisible — attention, contribution and community.
