1. Controller

The project wikey®IMS is operated by a private individual on a voluntary, non-commercial basis. It is not intended as a commercial service and no income is generated. The controller's contact details are in the Imprint.

2. Data collected

Only data necessary for the technical operation of the platforms is processed (e.g. server logs, cookies, voluntary user submissions such as spreads, comments and profile details).

3. Purpose of processing

Data is used solely to provide and improve the platforms. Data is not sold or shared for advertising. Technical service providers (e.g. hosting, storage, email delivery) process data only on our instructions as processors. Beyond that, data is shared with third parties only where legally required.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing a functional platform).

5. Storage duration

Data is stored only as long as necessary for the stated purpose.

6. User rights

Users have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of their personal data in accordance with the GDPR. An account can be deleted by the user at any time.
