Purpose

Operation of the Intermedial Messaging Service "wikey.cc" / "spread.site" — a communication, media and hosting platform for multimedia messages, QR/flyer generation and a classifieds board. Not a financial service; see About and Terms.

Editorial direction (§ 25 MedienG)

wikey.cc is an open, ideologically independent platform that fosters creative expression, exchange of ideas and local community. Content is predominantly created by users and reflects their personal views, not those of the media owner.

Data protection

The controller under the GDPR is the service provider named above. Data-protection enquiries to info@wikey.cc.

Online dispute resolution

The EU Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor generally willing to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration body.

Liability for content & links

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content under §§ 13 ff. ECG, but not obliged to monitor stored third-party information. Upon becoming aware of legal violations we remove the affected content promptly. The operators of linked external sites are solely responsible for their content.
