EVE has no cash value. The fund levy of 0.0% is an in-platform allocation, not a statutory tax. This fund is used to encourage continuous contributions to the community as well as provide direct support for projects and members.
Swap levy: 0.0% is paid by the sender on transfers and market purchases. EVE gain contribution: while the Fund is enabled, 2.0% of each new reward goes to the pool as an in-platform community contribution. Fractions are accumulated fairly per member using integer arithmetic until they reach one whole EVE.
